Donations & Refunds

Thank you for supporting Prabhu Chhaya Foundation. Your contributions help us promote veganism, non-violence, and compassionate living. The following policy outlines how we handle donations and refunds.

1. Donation Channels

• Donations can be made securely through our official website using supported payment methods (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.).
• All transactions are encrypted and processed via trusted third-party gateways.

2. Purpose of Donations

• All funds collected are used solely for our initiatives, such as feeding and caring for stray animals, creating educational content, and running outreach campaigns.

3. Donation Receipts

• We issue receipts for every donation via email.
• If applicable, these receipts can be used to claim deductions under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Donations are typically non-refundable.
• However, in the case of: duplicate payments, technical errors during transactions, accidental large donations, a refund may be granted if requested within 7 days of the transaction.
• Once the Refund is approved by PRABHU CHHAYA FOUNDATION, it will be processed and credited within 8 to 10 working days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

• Your full name
• Date of donation
• Amount donated
• Transaction ID
• Reason for refund

All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 working days.

6. Canceling Recurring Donations

If you’ve opted into monthly giving, you can cancel anytime by contacting us at least 5 days prior to your next billing date.
